3. Investment Risk Disclaimer
Trading financial instruments involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

- AI systems may underperform under certain market conditions
You acknowledge that all trading decisions are made at your own risk and Black Swan shall not be held liable for any losses incurred.
4. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
Black Swan is not liable for losses resulting from compromised account credentials due to user negligence.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

- Share, sell, or transfer account access
- Use automated bots or scrapers without authorization
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
6. Fees & Payments
All applicable fees, charges, and commissions are clearly displayed before any transaction is completed.
By using the platform, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Unless stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable.
7. Withdrawals & Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to verification, compliance checks, and platform rules.
Black Swan reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals where fraud, regulatory concerns, or policy violations are suspected.
